We are so grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful community in Goliad, Texas. We would like to thank the Astron Club in Goliad for inviting us to participate in the 2024 Taste of Goliad.
We made Pozole Verde as the main dish and our dessert was Tres Leche Cake topped with Strawberries. Our Pozole Verde was judged as Best Main Dish ! It is funny we did not realize their would be judging competition until a few days before the event, and we were very surprised and thankful when we won.
It was a great night feeding the community and we look forward to next year !
